A Bra Fitting at Ouh La La

Getting the perfect fitting bra is not always simple! Each brand can be slightly individuallly sized, therefore having a differing fit and feel. Not dissimilar to a pair of jeans! We know how important it is to be comfortable, to look great and feel fantastic. So the perfect fitting bra is essential, and at Ouh La La we are very proud of the service and advice we can offer you to achieve this.

When ordering new lingerie online, it can sometimes be very difficult to know exactly what size to buy if you haven't tried a brand on before. At Ouh La La we like to make sure that you are wearing the correct size, so if you're buying online please see our size charts and tips for getting the right size for you.

Dominique and the team pride themselves on providing a personal fitting service to ensure the bra not only fits perfectly, but looks fantastic, giving you more confidence! The team are also experts at fitting corsets and basques.

When you visit Ouh La La, please do not hesitate to request a fitting. A member of staff will always be at hand to spend time with you, to find your size, and to show you everything we have to offer you in that size. You may think you are wearing the correct size bra, but 70 - 85% of women are wearing the wrong size!

Ouh La La also offer a great range of swimwear, and we all know it's hard to find that perfect fitting swimsuit or bikini for the summer. Again please refer to our sizing charts and top tips to make sure you buy the perfect size.

 3 Top Tips

1)     Make sure the back is tight.

The back is what gives you support, when you first buy a bra you should put it on the loosest hook and it should be tight. The material will stretch slightly when used, but you will then be able to put it to the tighter hooks over time.

2)     You may not be the same size everywhere.

Remember you can vary in size between brands. Experiment when trying sizes and when you go up in the back size you go down in the cup size, and vice versa. For example a 34B is the same cup size as a 32C; the back is just a bit bigger. 36D is the same cup size and a 34E, which is the same as a 32F and so on...

3)     The underwire should not dig in anywhere.

Make sure the wire is wide enough and your breasts fit into the entire cup without pushing your breasts down or gaping at the top. If the underwire digs in, it may not be wide enough, try the next cup size up.
