If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from the Website, Ouh La La offers an exchange or full refund for returns recieved within 28 days. Full details below


In Store Returns Policy

Ouh La La will be happy to offer a credit note or an exchange on any item returned unworn within 7 days of purchase, accompanied with a valid receipt. We do not give refund unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights

Online Refunds & Returns Policy:

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods that you have purchased, Ouh La La will be happy to exchange them or give you a full refund for returns received within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately we cannot offer this exchange guarantee on items that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or the item is faulty, please fill in the returns slip and your order and send it to the following address:

Unless the goods are faulty, all items you wish to return should be unworn with the labels still in place. Stockings hold ups, tights and any briefs, tangas and g-strings are non returnable. Please note that any items purchased from our sale in-store and online are non returnable.
If you lose your returns slip, please enclose the goods with the following details:

Contact telephone number
Reason for return
Invoice Number
Whether you would like a replacement or refund

Privacy

At Ouh La La, we ensure that all online details are kept confidential, such as credit card numbers and address, keeping you safe from fraud. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All customer records are private and secure and we will not pass your details onto any third parties.In store, data is collected by our staff that we use to give you information on special offers, sales, events and news. Shopping & Delivery

Dispatch

We will dispatch your items once all payments have been cleared and subject to stock availability. When we have ensured availability and received payment we will send you an email confirming the contents and dispatch your item within the following 48 hours.

Deliveries

UK packages will be sent by First Class Recorded, Royal Mail. Depending on the value of the goods, some will be upgraded to Special Delivery, which will require a signature.

Overseas Orders

Deliveries to Europe and rest of the world are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For and will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times within Europe are approximately 3-10 working days, the rest of the world including US & Australia takes approximately 5-14 days. All items sent via Royal Mail International Signed For will require a signature upon Delivery.
Please note that with all international orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive you package.

Delivery Charges

Delivery to all UK addresses is Special delivery at £6.00. Delivery to the rest of the world is £12.00.
Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
